Young African man bags bachelors degree with 13 distinctions, celebrates unique achievements

A young African man named Simon Matome Nkgapele has bagged a bachelor’s degree with an exceptional 13 distinctions at the University of Limpopo in South Africa.

Simon Matome Nkgapele bagged a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Limpopo, South Africa. He graduated from the university with 13 distinctions out of the 27 modules he wrote.

Simon said in an interview with Varsityworld the journey during his the course of studying in the university was a very challenging one. He said that despite being an excellent student, he was still an active member of the Golden Key asssociation.

Simon expressed his gratitude to his mother for supporting him and also to everyone who contributed in one way or the other to his success.

He said despite encountering several challenges, he made sure to preserve and not give up. ”I came across several challenges during my studies, but one thing I have learned is that Never Give Up,” he said.

He advised fellow students especially people of color to never underestimate their capabilities and always believe in their potential stating that it is the key to attaining academic objectives.

In another story, a young man named KaHlomasambe Masango who worked as a gateman to pay his school fees has finally bagged a degree in Education with 17 distinctions from the University of South Africa.

Masango said he relocated to Johannesburg in 2011 after graduating from college with a database administration diploma to find greener pastures. He ended up working as a plumber on a construction site.
